In December 2020, Maria Alejandra Royo was crowned as Miss Teen International.
The stunning Maria Alejandra Royo Miss Teen International 2020 was born on April 19, 2001 in the beautiful Panama City, Panama.
Since she was a child, she was inclined to beauty pageants and the typical dances of her country. When she was just 3 years old, she was queen at her school, becoming the winner of the 2003 Queen of the Centennial title. She was raised in a joyful and autochthonous environment. Her parents always taught her about the culture and traditions of her country.
Teen queen graduated from Bachelor of Science with merits of Values in her generation. She is currently in her third year in the Bachelor of International Relations at the University of Panama. She studies her penultimate level in English and a third language soon.
Maria Alejandra is a simple girl but with a big heart. She is dreamy and hardworking. She will always have a smile to give you. One of her phrases that she always keep in mind is "Every effort and sacrifice has its reward."
When I heard that I had won the Miss Teen International Panama title, I could not believe it, it was an unforgettable and special moment.
That achievement is dedicated to my mother, my support and push to achieve one more goal.
For me, winning this title for my country Panama is a triumph that makes me feel proud and a great responsibility since my goal is to show that Panamanians always leave a mark everywhere we go, in addition to continuing to support the work held by the Organization that helps to children fighting Cancer in Ecuador, I want to support shelters, bringing joy and moments of hope to all those children who need it.
The reigning Miss Teen International within 5 years she sees herself with her university career finished, a doctorate in Protocol and Etiquette, speaking 4 languages and no doubt continue preparing to represent her country Panama in the prestigious Miss Universe pageant.
